Reed Bed

I took Will to his first kayaking session of the summer this evening and after dropping him off, walked the dogs near a small nature reserve near the River Ouse. I couldn't get close enough to to photograph any of the water birds with the dogs in tow, so had to be content with the empty reed beds.

Yep, I never get bird or other wildlife shots with my dogs along. These are lovely queen anne's lace, or whatever they are.
