This year I was so ahead of the game I sent my fathers day card in time that it would actually reach Dad the day before. The problem with being so uncharacteristically organised was that by the time the day came round, I forget it was actually the day (even forgot to remind the boys to get something for Mac!) so I didn't put up a suitably Fathers Day themed picture (just a picture of flowers and dog instead!). So, on the better late than never principal, here is my contribution. I thought about an old photo of me and Dad when I was little, but in the end decided on this one, taken just a month or two back. So, a belated Happy Fathers Day, Dad, and thanks for pushing me on the swings for over 40 years!
This picture still makes me laugh, because of what happened next...

Just popped by to let you know that your airfield memorial photograph, from last year I think, was featured in a thread oldies but goodies.....favourite old faves. I don't think you were credited, so as its also a fav of mine I thought I'd let you know. This is a great family photo here and one to treasure. :-)
Oh, I remembered that other shot...teehee...and how fun to still be able to have your dad push you on a swing all these years later...er, not that you are old or anything...but you know what I mean ;-)
