Took Will to the barbers in Silver Street today for a back-to-school haircut. As we walked back to the car we noticed this bike. I'm guessing that the workmen who came and dug up the road (and then left a large hole surrounded by cones and barriers) must have hitched this bike up out of the way and tied it with ropes. It's still locked to the railings!
