. . . and again and again. This long straight stretch of road, imaginatively called Long Road is one I travel so often the car knows its own way.
A very cold morning. So cold that Ed's football match was cancelled due to a frozen pitch. Will's match went ahead and they won 5-1, which made freezing on the sideline more bearable.
Three Good Things
1. The woodburner keeping the kitchen toasty warm
2. Roast beef and Yorkshire puddings - on the menu tonight - and the husband who cooks them!
3. My favourite blue woollen hat. I needed it today!
