Cold!

Very cold. Very grey! I took the dogs for a longish walk to the viewpoint this afternoon. There wasn't any view other than freezing fog, but it was good to be out stomping across cold crunchy fields and not sinking into the mud. Storm's paws must have gone soft with all the mud because he came home with a cut pad. There's only a trickle of blood but it doesn't take much to add a trail of forensic-looking blood stained paw prints across the kitchen.

Poor Storm does have trouble with his feet! Monty keeps limping on and off - I think he may have sharp muddy bits between his toes but you risk the welfare of your fingers trying to cut the bits out!
