I love it when kids send me pictures of characters and scenes from the Adventure Island books. Here is a great picture that I received today, of Jack, Emily and Scott, with The Lighthouse and the castle ruins (two important Castle Key landmarks) in the background. There is something so bright and happy about this picture, it really shouts Summer Holidays by the Sea and cheered me up on a cold grey midwinter day.
