We bought the boys tickets for the England-Brazil friendly match at Wembley as Christmas presents and so we headed off to London on the train this evening. What with England beating Brazil for the first time in over 20 years, Wayne Rooney scoring a goal, and, a particular highlight for goalkeeper, Will, Joe Hart saving a penalty in the first few minutes, it was all very exciting.
It was a bitterly cold evening and a late night ( on a school night too!), but well worth it. Obviously I wasn't the only one snapping pictures before the action started - the man in front stood up at exactly the same moment!
