Another stupendously gorgeous day and for once we didn't need to be anywhere, so I was able to take the dogs for a long walk - Eversden-Wimpole, an old favourite route I'd not done for a while - the bumble bees were having a lovely time foraging around on this patch of knapweed.
Haven't seen much knapweed recently - fab for flying bugs. As of the latter half of next week I'll be around for walking if you're on for it. Hope it cools off a bit - Monty turned me down twice today!
@judithg off to Thailand to next week! Last two weeks of August here for dogs walks though - mine don't seem to mind the heat, they just pant more and shed even more hair! Your holiday pictures are gorgeous!
