We've had some beautiful early Autumn weather lately, which has been the perfect excuse for some long dog walks. This is the view down the hill (I'm using the term hill in the Cambridgeshire sense here, which means that it is more that 3 metres above see level) on the way to the Coton viewpoint.
He he no wonder @judithg gets homesick for Lancashire's hills.....this is a very teeny one!
You make up for it with your lovely arable countryside though so we're quits I think! Not so many butterflies up here either. Lovely view indeed!
@happypat Nigel and I were just driving past the American Cemetery at Madingley and you get a lovely panorama from about - ooh - 4 metres up from there! We both sighed and bemoaned the lack of real hills. Helen I'm on for a nice walk any time you want company. I e been investigating new ones but Jenna busy for a couple of weeks - happy to do an old one though.
