We took the hop-on-hop-off sight-seeing bus. Yhe lunch stop was in the very pretty fishing village of Marsaxlokk. It felt just like being in Crete, with brightly painted fishing boats and sleek yachts bobbing in the harbour, as we ate fresh fish on the seafront. The next stop was for the incredlbe megalithic temples - several of which were built in Malta over three thousand years ago - the oldest free-standing buildings in the world. They are very special and magical places.
