We got about 4 inches of snow today. Giant wet snowflakes came down for hours! My boys loved it. They went sled riding while we baked pies and prepared for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. Shame on Thanksgiving Day for wearing white after Labor Day! LOL! But, it was a beautiful day, perfect for this week's theme - beautiful moments.
Brr! Such great photos showing the snow collection. It sure is pretty and those photos are great, neat seeing almost the individual flakes on the leaves.
@olivetreeann Thanks! Hunter shoveled the walk at my in-laws but, the road melted. It was very wet snow, so it really only stayed in the yard. But, we are expecting more tomorrow. @ladygator@rangerxenos@swilde Thanks! @lynnz Thanks so much for the FAV! @ithinkithunk Thanks! I hate snow. We had enough last winter in NH to last me a lifetime. My boys were very excited to see the snow. They played in it most of the day.
This is an super collage - first snow is always such fun - and what a good snow it's been for you. Bet the kids loved it. Love the fall leaves with the lovely colors showing through the snow.
@milaniet Thanks! I prefer no snow at all, but I can handle it in small doses like this, as long as it melts quickly. I just like it to snow, take the pictures, then it can go away! LOL!
@777margo Thanks so much for the FAV! @pinkpaintpot@dide@paulam Thanks! @justaspark Oh. I loved the amount of snow we got when we were in Germany - just a little and it melted quickly (except the first winter as Jan and Feb of 1991 had tons of snow). Six feet of snow last year was enough to last me for the rest of my life! LOL!
hi Lisa... if you're still wanting to play get pushed this week, here are a couple challenge ideas for you... i don't think you've done either of them:
1 - take a picture from a worm's eye view...
2 - take a picture that is all about the reflections - whether in a mirror, a window, a puddle, a pond...
if neither of those work for you, please let me know and i will come up with something else...
@ladygator @rangerxenos @swilde Thanks!

@leananiemand Haha! Not for me. I'll head back to NC in a couple of days. They don't get much snow, thankfully.
