The ground under the big magnolia trees are covered in dead magnolia leaves and flower parts. It almost looks like mulch there is so much of it. I've even some people rake it up like mulch around the base of the trees. They had a great run this summer, but I think the magnolias are almost finished for this year. They have been blooming since mid-May.
