We got home from WV on Sunday evening and I had to play for 2 church services on Monday. Since I pretty much spent my whole time in WV in the kitchen cooking, I didn't want to make another Christmas dinner. Good thing I had made a lasagna a few weeks ago and put it in the freezer. It took all day to defrost on Christmas Eve, but it made a great Christmas dinner.
