As high as the river is, by illinilass

As high as the river is,

I was surprised to see barge traffic moving. Of course, I know nothing about it.
The Illinois River begins with the confluence of the Des Plaines and Kankakee rivers in the Chicago metropolitan area, and it generally flows to the southwest across Illinois, until it empties into the Mississippi near Grafton, Illinois. The river is about 273 miles.
Nice captures

it'll probably have sonar to help it along - time off the river is money lost!
