How we laughed! The old-fashioned wooden box of pick-up sticks bought on a whim for The Dreamcatcher provided more fun than we'd ever imagined as we, along with dear friends Rab and Sarah, tried to remember the rules and relive our childhoods. There, beneath a big, old, needle-shedding hemlock, we played game after game and vowed to make playing pick-up sticks a regular camping routine.
It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all.
