Thank you, Lord, for starflowers in pots by the pool again — purple this year!
Starflowers, also commonly known as laurentia, make me so happy. I had pink last year. Their delicate, somewhat wispy little petals form the delightful shape of a star; and thin stems hold the flowers above pretty, fern-like foliage. What's not to love?
