@leestevo@jdr4690@777margo Patience! You need a dark night, camera and tripod. Use manual focus. Turn off auto focus, image stabilisation, noise reduction. Set ISO to 1600 (or 3200 if stars aren't showing), f4, 30 secs exposure. Use a cable release of intervalometer and take at least 60 photos. I can set up the timing in my camera (Nikon D800) but others mightn't do this. Good luck if you have a go. You need a program to put all the photos together - I used StarStaX which is a free download.
