Moorhen chicks

I had to be quick to snap these tiny moorhen's before they flitted off into the reeds - I was pretty excited - I'd seen lots of moorhens but never seen their young before.

Lovely shot, we get a lot of moorhen's and their chicks at a pond near where I live, they are so sweet.
