Jill Sampson opening the Bimblebox 153 Birds exhibition at Maleny
I was supposed to be taking photos of the opening for Jill, but in this one I definitely got sidetracked by the lovely hair dos of the women.
The Bimblebox Nature Reserve in Central Queensland is in danger of being taken over by coal mining. The exhibition is to highlight this problem, so a print has been made for the 153 (now actually 156) species of birds that make the reserve their home.
