John and I went for a walk along the boardwalk at the Maroochy wetlands yesterday. It is a 2 kms there and back walk to the river and I really expected to get turned back by mosquitoes. However, it was just after midday - and not a mozzie in sight. One thing good about mangroves and boardwalks is that they are flat walks!
