May All Roads Lead Home

I'm taking Kim Klaussen's Beyond Layers class and this week's assignment is to think simple, less is more. I'm thinking that would be easier with more negative space. Any suggestions?
I like the shot - and the muted colours. Im wondering if I would prefer it without the words but thats just my personal taste.

I like the composition. The fence posts and path lead you to the back of the shot where there is the pop of light!! Really nice!

@fueast I actually agree with you re words. If the shot doesn't say it...but Kim seems to be in to them and I am experimenting. I really appreciate your feedback

oooh I'm doing that too. I like this photo - the way the fence leads the eye down the road and beyond into the hazy forest.

Great composition,,love the lines of the posts and those lines repeated in the trees,..it really leads the eye into the picture. like the processing too.

Also - the comments above about the words - this is something I wouldn't normally think of adding but as you say, but then it's always worthwhile experimenting. I think I'll struggle with this aspect of her projects - it's just knowing exactly where to place them too.
