Louise and I have made a couple of trips to the Veterans Cemetery and tried desperately to capture all three flags flying out. So today we got a chance to check this off our bucket list. We went to capture the wreaths on the graves in the early morning lite and were pleased with shots.
@janiskay The FB photo is Jim's Daughter-in-law. Her daughter saw another picture I had taken of this cemetery and told me her mother had been buried here this summer. I volunteered to get her a photo but had a hard time finding out the sight. Was happy I found someone working in the office so I could get it. I will post this on FB in the days to come but first I have the stone of Brenda's father-in-law I wanted to post.
Nicely captured- I wanted to do Wreaths Across America again this year, but our club had scheduled something at the same time. It's very moving to take part in it.
@olivetreeann We ran into someone that morning who had participated in it for several years but had to work this year. I guess he was out there to get some of the same feelings.
