I decided to try the Dogwood 52 week challenge this year to stimulate my photo taking. The challenge this week is a resolution. So I am doing the resolution of doing this Dogwood thing. I need a new portrait for facebook and here so seemed like a good start.
@vignouse I promise to get my D7500 out soon but the iPhone is always with me and makes it easy to get pictures on the way to work or doctor's appointments. As for dressing warmer, it was a toasty 35 so I thought I could take a quick picture of me with Estes Lake in the background. Then I hopped back in my warm car and put my jacket on. Thankgoodness for a lack of wind.
Good for you Joan- I think you'll accomplish this goal quite nicely. I thought the same as Richard, "Isn't it kind of cold in Maine right now??" But I like the blue skies and am glad to hear it was a toasty (are you sure about that adjective?) 35 degrees when you took this! LOL Nice shot!
BtW - you seem to have got the hang of the iPhone 11pro - it does a nice job for this sort of image.
