See the number in the lower left corner. While that is my weight this morning. I have met my first goal in my Diabetes Prevention program. We were to lose 4% of our weight in the first 6 months. Not June yet and I have made that goal. Now onto my second goal.
Good job Joan! Thanks to the Autoimmune protocol that I'm on now, I've lost some weight too! It's a good feeling. It's very strict but I'm seeing the results so I'll keep at it!
