A little selfie

This is the inside of a sugar house. The steam is coming of the cooking sap. It takes 40-50 gallons of sap for one gallon of syrup. It starts out clear and becomes darker in color. YUM

@vignouse I did and my head has a picture planned for it. But have to work tomorrow as there is a meeting I must attend. BUt maybe Wednesday. I have always been interested in the how.
