A picture-perfect Fall portrait from Diego’s mom with one of the gifts I was given on my recent birthday. There’s s house in our neighborhood that has a little statue of a pig in their front yard and every time we walk past it, I comment on how much I wish we had one like it (and how the pig resembles our dog, Oso.) As a result, Carmen scoured the Interwebs for a cerdo that would satisfy my lawn decorating desires and found in this little piggy: the most adorable, lovable and sweet one I have ever seen. That is, he was until our son picked him up and snuggled piggy like a baby. Now both the pig on my neighbor’s lawn and this one play third and second fiddle respectively to the cutest thing ever: Diego in his Winter’s best keeping his new little friend as snug as a newborn.
