This child loves eating so much that last week, while I was prepping his bath, he took a handful of fruit chew gummies and slammed them all into his mouth at once, laughing gleefully. Of course, it was a bit too much to chew and he was riding a hobby horse so the result was a choke and a rather abrupt upchuck of his dinner. Onto. The. Horse. It all worked out fine - apparently they treat those toys with stain guard! - and before long he was in the bathtub, all cleaned off. Yet now every time the child eats with passion, I cringe a little. As you can imagine, when he started munching on this ice cream sandwich, I had a few reservations about his zeal!
