I went out at about 11.30 with Monty this morning and my car was telling me that it was 14.5*C. And the wind that has plagued us had dropped so it was truly glorious out. So apologies for two crocus shots in a row but it's so lovely to have some colour.
Unusually, I was driving down The Backs at 4pm and the low sun was drenching the colleges in a golden glow - absolutely stunning but not easy to stop and no proper camera - I will look out for similar weather & hop on my bike.
I could just do to shift a headache that I've had for two days now - I'm blaming giving up chocolate which tells you something about how much chocolate I was eating...
get that chocolate down you!!! All I've eaten for two days with tonsillitis, melts in the mouth! Beautiful spring, be sooooooo glad for it to arrive this year.
I do believe chocolate withdrawel symptoms can give you a headache......I read it somewhere! I imagine all those lovely areas of grass around the colleges have loads of crocuses flowering! Love your focus & DOF here with those little blurry purple images in the background.
I'm sure you are not overweight with all that chocolate - just shows its not as bad as its made out to be! You know where to find these sweet flowers and its lovely to see them!
Spring is very welcome...the cold is doing my head in and ive only been back a week :)
