Gonville & Caius College has suddenly gone all commercial. Don't know if they are feeling they don't get enough tourists in..... Anyway the man holding the teddy (not Stephen Hawking, the other man) squatted down a couple of times (with difficulty) so that his wife could take photos and was very happy for me to take photos too. Unfortunately we both had problems with reflections on the poster so I am stuck with this one.
Cycled in to town to get Euros and small bottles of suncream etc and then joined friends for a birthday lunch at The Granta pub. Lovely venue but very slow service and then meals for four of us arrived across a 30 minute period - note to self - only go when it's not busy.
