For the first time in ages I was enthusiastic about going out with my camera today and was rewarded almost straight away with a nice juxtaposition of river users. The heron took off of course but I managed to blur everybody in that shot. Very poor punting style being employed here and there was a lot of noise from that part of the river a bit later on - somebody had definitely fallen in....
Yes they look as though they could have fallen in....decididly merry! You must know exactly how punting should be done, even I after seeing Rachel's style knows this is wrong! Lovely catch of the heron too, I can imagine he would be up in the air as soon as they rounded the corner!
