Nigel and I had a lovely weekend visiting my niece at university in York. Given that the storm was hammering various parts of the country we didn't get it too bad and I could put the wet pavements to good use. There will be more to come but this one is an iPhone/Instagram shot. Apologies for being so absent - I'm putting together two huge photobooks and they are taking ages (just old family photos with v little organisation of the archives...). I'm sort of giving up on this year and hoping I'll get going properly next year.
Me too!!!!!! I'm absent, useless etc etc etc.... I'm trying to soak up all my time with littlest before he starts school so my attention is with him. I'm hoping to kick start myself in the new year....hopefully with enough pennies for a new lens! Loving this shot. The reflections and the colour.
@newbank I've bought a new lens with my birthday money but sadly replacing one I lost! Supposed to be better than the previous model but I'm not sure if I had the latest model already... Time with little boys is more important!
Very stylish photo in a lovely city. Your reflection of the three friends, specially for the wonderful yellow jacket, is beautifully composed! You must have waited until they had got exactly the right centre spot between signpost & lamp.
I remember you 'flagged' last year judith when doing a photo book. This is lovely the still puddle reflection is great. Oh and you are allowed to flag and mix and match photos, you earned your 365 badges and much more over the years :)
