After the urban shots of the first half of the week I have a run of woodland pics. This one is Wandlebury which is our nearest big wood but sadly the farmer next door has very loud bird scarers which mean that Monty is very nervous when we go there. These days I restrict myself to going when Nigel is around - as pack leader he manages to reassure the reluctant canine. Wandlebury is the sire of an ancient hill fort - this is the moat...
The stripes of sunlight are stunning....Fave from me! Bird scaring devices are scary for everyone! Not something that's used much in this dairy farming country.
