I set off very early with Monty because there was the promise of frosty views but I walked around the corner and the frost literally melted before my eyes! Anyway we ploughed on and I cut my losses by buying a couple of bowls of hyacinths from the market & a bunch of amaryllis. Both of these were good purchases but they were hard work to carry home so we dipped into Urban Shed for a break on the way home. A double shot of decaf cappuccino and a listen to ELO on the record player later & we were good to go...
