Two lights by judithg

Two lights

I was struck by the warmth of the lamp and of the sun shining right through this room at Trinity. The was on the outside of the college is a reminder of what they all would have been like before the Georgians went mad with fascias - and also I always think of how old they are. Sadly the city council is allowing multiple monstrosities to go up all over every where else....
The light in the window really makes the shot.

You would have thought Cambridge City Council would know better than that. The blur of the passer by works well on this, taking our attention to your intended subject of the warm lighting. Lovely old wall too.

What a beautiful incredibly old building. Apparently the Victorians were also 'half mad' and pulled down old buildings in the name of progress. I really love the twin windows, the light and the passer by adds movement. Fav!
