@dide Dianne and I took a trip up to the Manukau Peninsula today home of the Pohutukawa in their natural environment.. This year seems to be a boomer of a year for the flowers so it was great to have plenty to choose from.. Love this shot as it just shows how gnarly the trees can be... Love the hills out on the Peninsula as they have such character with all the 'Cattle tracks' ringing the hills...
