Kalidoscope

Today our weather has turned back to winter, so did not venture out with the camera. So thought I would try something I had not done before with spoons and coloured paper..
Well didn't come up with anything different so looked a bit further around the house...
Like this effect .. can you work out what it is..

It makes a great pattern. Hazel came up with a clue with the tags, but maybe a stopper on coloured paper.

Ihad no clue until I read Hazel's @quietpurplehaze comment So it must have something to do with a lead-crystal decanter and the reflective light either through the patterned base or the stopper -- still I didn't get any nearer !!
