Further Adventures on The Chathams..

Today as it was one of the girls birthdays our guide offered us a van to go exploring g on our own.. and what fun we had and great for @dide and I as we were able to tell the 'driver' to stop on request.. think I have taken more photos today than the rest put together.. this bridge we came across while driving through some lovely farmland on the south West Coast.. the stream water was very dark ( tannin) from the peat in the paddocks..

@maggiemae It was warmer than we were expecting .. pack too many clothes and it was actually colder in Auckland yesterday when we got home than when we left the Chathams yesterday morning ..Day and night temps are about the same..
