Just returned from a very relaxing few day's .. No internet no phone no television and no newpaper or radio ( other than the car but even then had to break out the Dean Martin CD) What bliss.. we stayed in one of these little river baches. The one left of centre with the little boat on the river .. Wonderful place to stay relaxing reading, walking and just watching the world go by ..
I had to google Tongaporutu asi had no idea where it was. Not too far away from your area & the area I know. I have been to New Plymouth & Raglan but not in between. Looks lovely.
