Kowhai

While driving home today I saw this 'sure sign' that spring is indeed here. this beautiful Kowhai (which is Maori for yellow) Sophora Microphylla.It is a NZ native and in spring is covered with these stunning flowers and attract several nectar drinking birds like Tui's.
