Iconic NZ Batch...

Came across this little Batch/Crib yesterday, and it had a For Sale sign on it... surprised to see that they are asking over $600,000 I guess it because of it's location...

Not a very big batch, but it is all about location. Bet it is not very big or flash inside either.

It's very quaint but really looks like a glorified shed. Would the buyer be able to redevelop the site?

I'm not sure what you mean by a batch/crib! A small house, barn maybe?

@busylady Batch ( what they are called in the North Island and Crib in the South Is) is a beach house...

@kwind It is very cute but you are really only buying the section as it does not look in very good repair.. and the section was not very big.. not much more than what you can see.. but it was right on the water front..
