Rangitoto ..

This is Rangitoto Island that is visible from most parts of Auckland and beyond and what ever angle you view it, it is always the same shape.. Rangitoto is one of Aucklands volcanoes ... as you can see today lived up to Auckland's nick name as it is often called The City of Sails...

When we lived in Auckland, we had such a nice view of Rangitoto. One day, we took the ferry over and climbed up it. Thanks for bringing back happy memories.
