I have not got a vege garden this year but I still have a few plants dotted around the flower garden.. This little Aurbergine is starting to produce really well... So think I will make a moussaka one night soon...

Beautiful image. The first time I ever had eggplant was when my former mother-in-law made moussaka. I wasn't sure I was going to like it...but it was wonderful. This makes me think of her and she was the loveliest of ladies! I miss her dearly!! Thank y ou!
