Filling another gap.. This is Tunnel Beach that we visited while in Dunedin.. So named as an enterprising man 'dug' a tunnel back in 1870 so that his daughters could access to the neighbouring beach.. It is a fantastic bit of coast line with the stunning sandstone rock formations .. The track to the beach is through private land and good 1 km walk down and a bit of a long haul back up.. it was a beautiful morning for it.
