I try to stay out of photos. The ONS3 challenge to take a Selfie was almost enough to keep me out of participating in the week's challenges, but I decided to "just do it" and take my first step. (Should have photographed my foot instead of my hand!)
I'm packing to go on an 18-day trip. In fact, I travel often enough that a photo of a suitcase being packed does represent me pretty well.
Great first attempt at a selfie! I hated that challenge too. I'd much rather be the person behind the camera than the one in front of it. Hope you have a wonderful trip!
I think you did great. Displaying a life situation can be exposing more about oneself then holding your face infront of the camera. Looks like you pack very light!
@lauriehiggins -- thanks for commiserating and for the good wishes for the trip. So far, I haven't had a moment to myself but I've been surrounded by interesting art (for work) and fed great food! @synke, thanks for affirming that a "selfie" can be exhibiting a bit about my life rather than my physical self. and yes, I'm trying to travel light! 18 days with a carry-on sized suitcase. Biggest, heaviest thing I brought is my camera!
