Somewhere over China

I think I will dub a genre of photography "airplane photos." or perhaps, we should call them, "fly-by photography" as opposed to "drive-by photography." A view of the wing, also taken on this flight: http://365project.org/jyokota/challenges-and/2013-12-16

Here, the smog represents the sad situation of bad air quality. At least you can see some stars. My 50mm lens quit focusing, automatically or manually so the image is rather blurry.

I am have been off-line for more than 10 days, and missing the 365 community. I've taken an overwhelming number of photos. . . around 3200 in nearly three weeks. I'm not sure how I will ever catch up, but when I decided to start backwards upon returning home, people started commenting right away. I felt so welcomed back, even though I haven't had a chance to view on others' albums or comment on them at all. Down to the last days of finishing my year!
Nice abstract shot with those blurry stars. Love the tones in this shot. I think you would win hands down with fly-by photography, you always seem to be in the air.

Good abstract.

This makes for a great abstract. I like the idea of fly-by for airplane shots. And your wing with the sun at the end is still my favorite.
