My daughter (@gabberwocky) selected this one because, as she interpreted it, you really get the sense of Vegas when blinded by the overblown lights in this one. As she said, the rest of the photos merely depicted Vegas as you see it.
Great capture to convey the feel! And that there's an Eiffel Tower in the center of it -- perfect!! Sort of like seeing the Statue of Liberty in Tokyo!
Oh, just checking in! Kira is back from Japan. I am completely jealous of her TWO trips, and she is in love with all the boys she met. Host family was a treasure. Japan had a typhoon and an earthquake (and the Malaysian plane was downed at same time as her return). This mama is glad she is home, but I sooooooo want to go to Japan. Her host visit was in Fukui, which sounded lovely. I'm going to Bali next summer and will stop in Japan or Seoul on way...planning!
