After a far-too-brief visit, Taffy is on her way back to Chicago. We walked over 100,000 steps during the five full days, exploring as much of Wrocław and Krakow as we could. We carried a backpack full of lenses, tripod, camera, and tried to capture what we could. But in reality, the important aspects of a visit can not be seen in an image, but felt in the heart and mind. This single teacup in the dark symbolizes my aloneness again.
I like your composition - it conveys your emotions so effectively. I am glad you had fun and enjoyed your company, but I am sorry you are feeling alone. :( It's always hard when a good friend leaves.
Love, Love, Love it!!! And I'm honored! Am sitting alone at Heathrow, about to check on my lost pillow. Feet ache so I thought I'd start with a cuppa British tea before going to the American area and their chargers that fit my electronics! What a great trip! What a great symbolic image!!
