Two Parrots at Church

I heard the birds long before I could see them -- and when I looked way up high on the church wall, there they were, looking down at me.

Does anyone know what kind of parrots they are?

Those birds are SOOOO cute!! In my infinite bird knowledge/wisdom, I deem these two birds to be members of the rare red-headed, yellow-eye-ring Spanish parrot genus. You can tell from their red heads, yellow eyes, and that you took this in Valencia.
