If you use Photoshop you could have selected just the daylily and desaturated it some so it wasn't so bright. It is the brightness that distracts the eye. I am not saying to make is gray just less bright. When I look at the whole picture my eye is distracted. Of course, I was looking at it first in my feed and moving it up so I saw the bird before the daylily. But it is an excellent capture. I only mention it because you questioned it.
Fabulous capture. This lily does a lot of good. Brightens the photo and covers the net. It could be a little less, but here you have no possibility of cropping.
They never sit in the clear.
