(Donal Henahan) I am definitely not an expert in identifying mushrooms but I do not eat mushrooms so I live on! These are supposedly an edible fungi that can be used in place of meat.

Love the quote - I've hunted and found morel mushrooms before its like finding a little treasure but yeah a little wary about actually eating them. People around here sell them to restauranteurs
